Found that the SMY01 connect to the tone injection port was on at 810 MHz 7 dBM level at the end of the experiment. This signal should be out of band and not cause any issues with the data.
formatter-GPS counter was malfunctioning throughout this experiment and recorded a value of 0.99s. The correct maser-GPS offset is ~4.8 micoseconds
