  • Actions from previous meetings have not been reviewed in the last couple of telecons due to pressure from immediate issues. Tasso will review and consolidate actions from previous meetings and the consolidated list of outstanding actions will be discussed.

REVIEW: Most items from 2009 have been either completed or captured in the operations meeting in February 2010. Notable long-term actions were:

• SCHED developments (Cormac) - Phase A is completed.
• cdisko developments (Jamie Stevens and Chris Phillips) - Major update completed. Incremental improvements continuing.
• Mk5 disk acquisition (ATNF/Curtin) - Completed with 14 x 8TB disk-packs bought by ATNF in early 2010.

List below annotated on 4/8/10 CARRIED FORWARD * Consolidation of the LBA Archive to include all ATNF + Swinburne + Curtin correlated LBA data. Should also add in eVLBI output data. Maintain complete archives at Curtin and ATNF (ATNF/Curtin) * ATNF to develop online access to this archive (ATNF) - Continuing NEW Action Items * Investigate more efficient VLBI observing support at Parkes. Current actions mainly pushing the alarm button. Check possibilities of local support (Tasso) - to be revisited after remote control implemented at Parkes next February. * Implement Mk5b eVLBI operation (Chris) - postponed till Mk5b eVLBI tests are feasible later in the year. * Mk5b operations at correlator (Curtin) - continuing * Mk5b test data to Curtin (UTas) * Test with Mopra (Chris, UTas) * Parallel LBA amd Mk5 test data (UTas, Cormac) - to be arranged * Consult with WEW on cause of intermittent clock jumps and delay between polarisations in Dec'09 data (ATNF) - changed to notifying WEW of times of jumps. * Correlate Boolardy geodetic data to get better position, before next session. (Curtin) - in queue * Investigate reported intermittent data corruption issue. Check vsib header on a whole session. (Curtin/Chris) - postpone till problem re-occurs and can be investigated * Continue practice of recording and keeping ~30min of good data from fringe tests, as standard sources of correlation testing. Call by the person doing the RTFC (All) - Implemented ** Next meeting: Wedn 04 August, debrief from VLBI session
