Comments on things like weather, when the antenna was off point, recorder problems etc should be placed in the observation comments section for Tid on the appropriate page of the Wiki. For example, the Tid comments for V209a in the March 2007 session go under the “Ti” link at LBAMar2007.V209A.

It's also worth putting these comments in the PCFS log by typing in the oprin window. Begin all PCFS comments with a “.
