Any single-source file that you produce
needs to be sorted into XY order for UVMAP and sometimes for MX\
for particularly big images. You will be informed if you have asked for
too large an image. Use UVSRT for sorting the data. There is some
discussion on UVSRT in § 5 that is worth reading.
