What's New
The EMT is just starting to get together and will soon be setting up working groups.  Take a look at the People page for the recently finalised membership of the EMT and a nascent phone book of SKA contributors.  Check out the Calendar for details of the upcoming international SKA meeting in Berkeley.  Please also take the time to complete the two current EMT surveys.

New Documents
Some new documents have been added to the knowledge bank.  Sander Weinreb and Larry D'Addario explain a cost equation for the SKA and provide an excel model.  Ralph Spencer outlines the possible role of fibre links for the SKA.

Setting up Working Groups
The EMT will soon be setting up a number of specialist working groups.  The EMT will carry out most of its functions through these working groups.  Stay tuned for more details.
