Issues faced while testing:

1. When /sigproc-4.3/filterbank was run in the same folder that contained .dat and .hdr files with the same name as the .sf file, the filterbank script picked up some header information from the raw .dat file and produced a plot that phase shifted some of the pulses:

2. When running /sigproc-4.3/fold, if the number of bins was not specified, the default nbin (window/tsamp) would be applied, which often led to a noisier pulse. After applying the same number of bins that the psrfits files were processed at (.dat -> afb2psrfits => .sf -> dspsr -> pav), the signal was processed with more S/N
