ASKAP beamformers for CSIRO's second-generation
Phased-Array Feed (PAF) receivers are all packed into crates and ready for
shipment to the Murchison Radioastronomy Observatory (MRO) in Western
Australia. The beamformers for four complete ASKAP antennas have been fully
tested on site at the Sydney Headquarters of CSIRO Astronomy and Space Science
(CASS) and will soon be deployed to the MRO. - The image shows Andrew Brown
(CASS) busy with the carefully packaging of all parts.
