| ASKAP Phased Array Feed roll-out complete |
| On Tuesday 21st November 2017, our 36th Phased Array Feed (PAF) was installed on the Australian SKA Pathfinder (ASKAP), marking the completion of installation of all receivers for ASKAP-36! We are currently observing with an array of 16 PAF-equipped antennas; this number will grow rapidly over the coming months. The flood of data will be a challenge, but the Pawsey Supercompting Centre is well placed to tackle it. |
