| ACAMAR5 meeting |
| The fifth ACAMAR workshop is underway this week near Melbourne. The main topics of the meeting include Antarctic astronomy, Radio astronomy (including ASKAP, MWA, FAST and SKA), Optical instrumentation, Gravitational wave and astrophysics, and Big data challenges. The meeting opened with updates on recent activities in Australia and China: the image above shows Prof Ji Yang giving the second of these. |
