The CASS Education and Outreach Officer Rob Hollow has been made a
Life Member of the Science Teachers' Association of New South Wales
(STANSW). Rob is one of just 14 people to be so honoured in the almost
70-year history of the Association! Rob received his award at an
STANSW Meet the Markers event (which brought 550 teachers together
with the markers of year 12 exams) in Sydney earlier this month. In
presenting Rob’s award, STANSW President Margaret Shepherd highlighted
his 30-year contribution to the Association and more broadly to
science teaching and professional teacher training.
