Professor Rachel Webster of the University of Melbourne
was awarded in the Australia Day honours list
"for distinguished service to education in the field of astrophysics, to astronomical
research, and to young women scientists."
Rachel, a former chair of the ATNF Steering Committee, was made an
Officer (AO) in the general division of the Order of Australia.
