An
ADAP last month
noted that new CSIRO Chief Executive Doug Hilton visited Parkes in his first days,
and he has followed up this month with a visit to
Inyarrimanha Ilgari Bundara, CSIRO's Murchison Radio-astronomy Observatory.
Accompanying the Chief Executive were
Paul Fletcher MP, Shadow Minister for Science, Arts, Government Services and the Digital Economy,
and Elanor Huntington, CSIRO Executive Director for Digital, National Facilities & Collections.
The tour took in the SKA-Low site,
the AAVS-3 station, the
Murchison Widefield Array, and ASKAP.
