It’s a long way from Sydney to Boolardy station in WA, but worth every minute of travel. This small plane brought us – that’s Rob Hollow, James Allison, Christoph & Connie Brem, and me – safely from the town of Geraldton to the airstrip next to our comfortable Boolardy station accommodation, then returning the ASKAP crew, who worked on site all week, home for a well-earned weekend. We’ll be at the Murchison Astrofest today and visiting the Australian SKA Pathfinder (ASKAP) tomorrow.
