The Australian Square Kilometer Array Pathfinder (ASKAP) consists of 36 x 12-m dishes. Twelve of these are now equipped with second-generation Phased-Array Feeds (PAFs), which provide a 30 square degree field-of-view to carry out large 21-cm sky surveys. Once testing and system commissioning is complete, we look forward to Early Science programs with the ASKAP-12 array. During this time the roll-out of PAFs will continue on the remaining ASKAP antennas. – The photo shows (from left to right): Christoph Brem, Bärbel Koribalski and Brett Hiscock.
