CSIRO Astronomy and Space Science (CASS) Undergraduate Vacation Scholarships run over the Australian summer holidays and offer high achieving and promising undergraduate students the opportunity to collaborate with leading CASS scientists and engineers in our world class facilities.
Students will be able to work on a real world project and expand their skills and knowledge while exploring ways to solve complex problems. Placements are full time, paid and will be from 23 November 2020 to 12 February 2021 (although there may be some flexibility). Scholars will also undertake an observing trip to the Australian Telescope Compact Array in Narrabri, NSW.
Placements are available at Marsfield (Sydney), Kensington (Perth) and Tidbinbilla (Canberra). Travel support is provided for successful candidates.
