Schools are encouraged to apply for one of the new observing slots now available for PULSE@Parkes sessions from May to September 2009. PULSE@Parkes is an innovative project that provides high school students the opportunity to control the famous Parkes radio telescope. Students observe pulsars under the guidance of professional astronomers.

Observing slots are limited. Most sessions require students to visit the ATNF headquarters at Marsfield in Sydney though this semester we are planning one session in Melbourne as well.
