| The Parkes Ultra-wideband Feed Horn |

| The Parkes ultra-wideband receiver project
aims to produce a single receiver to cover the 0.7 - 4.2 GHz frequency range.
CSIRO has produced a feed horn covering this frequency range, which is a major
technical challenge in the design of such a wideband system. The image above
shows the feed horn undergoing beam pattern measurements in the CSIRO near
