The 2025 URSI Asia-Pacific Radio Science Conference is being held in Sydney from 17-22 August 2025. Each of the ten Commissions includes a Keynote Lecture in its program. Commission E, which covers Electromagnetic Environment and Interference, invited CSIRO Honorary Fellow Tasso Tzioumis to give its Keynote address. Tasso drew on his many years of experience with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and Scientific Committee on Frequency Allocations for Radio Astronomy and Space Science (IUCAF) and has radio-astronomical career to give am informative and entertaining presentation on Radio Spectrum Issues in Radio Astronomy.
