The annual Astronomy WA Astrofest
was held last Saturday at Curtin University.
Astrofest offers attendess the opportunity to
explore the astrophotography exhibition,
see radio telescopes in action,
make their own LEGO radio telescope,
experience virtual reality cinema 'Beyond the Milky Way'
and
listen to real-life astronomers share what they've discovered,
The weather did not cooperate for planning sky viewing, but
as a result the indoor booths and talks were very popular.
