| Replacing the Parkes focus cabin |
| The decision in the early 1990s to build a 20cm multi-beam receiver for the Parkes 64m telescope, Murriyang, came with other consequences. The original "aerial cabin" was replaced in December 1995 by a larger focus cabin to accommodate larger and heavier receiver packages.
