Here the ASKAP-16 array is used to observe the Sun for calibration purposes. A movie of the radio emission from Sun spots was shown ADAP here . Nearly 30 antennas are now equipped with wide-field Phased-Array Feeds (PAFs) – delivering a field of view of 30 sq degr.
