The Australia Telescope Steering Committee (ATSC) provides advice to the ATNF Director on the scientific and technical operations of the ATNF. The ATSC includes four Australian astronomers, three overseas experts, two representatives from the broader community, with additionally two ex-officio members. The ATSC met earlier this month in Perth, and sepnt a day visiting Inyarrimanha Ilgari Bundara, the CSIRO Murchison Radio-astronomy Observatory. Yesterday’s ADAP showed the group during their visit to ASKAP — today’s picture was taken as the group visited SKA-Low station S8, which is one of the first to have the SKA-Low antennas installed.
