Australia & China: 40 years of science collaboration
Featured recently in the CSIRO Blog are eight examples of Australia - China collaboration successes (article by Felicity Kelly and Larissa Cordner, 20 Nov 2015) in collaboration with the Chinese Academy of Science). These include (a) 36 x 12-m antennas for the Australian Square Kilometre Array (ASKAP) constructed by the 54th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC54) and (b) receivers for FAST, the 500-m Aperture Spherical Telescope located in China's Guizhou province.
