The 2025 SKAO General Science Meeting, A new era in astrophysics: Preparing for early science with the SKAO, was held from June 16th to 20th in Görlitz, Germany, and on-line. More than 600 researchers from 26 countries gathered in person and online to discuss early science opportunities with the SKA telescopes, with 200 talks and 150 posters presented in plenary and parallel sessions.
