Supernovae and their host galaxies

18:00 Mon 20 Jun to 10:00 Sat 25 Jun 2011

Powerhouse Museum, Sydney

This is the fourth meeting in the CASS/AAO Southern Cross Astrophysics Conference series.

Dear Colleagues,

We are just a few weeks away from the registration and abstract deadlines for the "Supernovae and their Host Galaxies" conference that will be held in Sydney on June 20-24, 2011.

We have assembled an excellent list of confirmed invited speakers and are especially pleased by the number of contributed abstracts that have been submitted so far. There are still places available, so register now to secure your place.

The registration and the call for papers will remain open until April 15th, 2011.

To register and for more information, please visit the conference home page.

While you're in Australia, why not take part in one of the many other meetings happening around the same time?

- A workshop on "From Starburst to Supernova" at the AAO from 27-28 June.
- "Astronomy and Astrophysics from Antarctica" in Sydney from 29 June - 1 July.
- The 2011 Annual Scientific Meeting of the Astronomical Society of Australia in Adelaide from 4-8 July.

We look forward to seeing you in Sydney!
