"NON-GAUSSIAN SIGNATURES IN THE CMB MAPS"

The high order statistics of the temperature anisotropies in the CMB maps is used to measure the non-Gaussian signatures if present. The can probe the early universe and the structure formation and evolution processes. We present the results of the detection techniques based on the wavelet analysis that are applied to simulated and observed CMB maps. We also investigate new methods for the separation of the different sources of non-Gaussian signatures.
