GALAXY SURVEY IN THE GALACTIC CENTER REGION
Ken-ichi Wakamatsu
Gifu University

Ophiuchus cluster is the 2nd brightest X-ray cluster in the sky after Perseus cluster, but locates very close to the galactic center region (l=0.5, b=+9.5). We started extensive imaging and spectroscopic surveies in the cluster area by using 2MASS and 6dF data, and would like to show a galaxy distribution, subclustering, and a wall structure towards the Hercules supercluster. Comparison of 2MASS and optical galaxy surveies in the galactic plane will be given.
