Dear Tony,

I'm sorry, but I will not be able to attend the workshop. Given recent events,
NASA and JPL have put additional restrictions on travel for security and budget
reasons. They are currently trying to limit travel to only mission critical
trips. It is sort of ironic, since Bush was just telling America that we should
get back to normal and start flying again, at the same time that NASA sent out a
new mandate on travel restrictions.....

If you need information and/or have questions related to high-z CO observations,
let me know. The AT will be in an excellent position to do follow-up CO
observations on all the southern high-z sources uncovered by SIRTF. Thank you
for invitation to the workshop.
