This loads a font easier to read for people with dyslexia.
This renders the document in high contrast mode.
This renders the document as white on black
This can help those with trouble processing rapid screen movements.

My apologies for the noise, but all people who found the pages took
unbearably long to load, and decided on that basis never to visit the
site again might like to know that we think this problem has been
fixed/worked around.

Details: keepalive has been turned off in Apache for the moment since
it seems to be interfering with some connections. Most people should
experience a tiny slowdown compared to the previous settings while those
previously affected get a response in a reasonable time. When/if we
understand the correct solution, we'll turn keepalive back on.
