A summary of the ACTION items only is given below.

Broad agenda items:
- Feedback from last observing session
- Plans for May session
- correlator plans
- eVLBI progress and plans, including links.

Attended by ATNF (Tasso,Chris, Shaun, Jim), UTas (Brett, Jaimie,
Giuseppe), Swinburne(Steven, Adam, Shinji, Ramesh, Emil), UWA (Karen)
and NZ (Sergei and Tim -- briefly)

ACTION Items:

1. (Emil, Chris) - Incorporate template for comments into WIKI.
Include correlator comments and ftp link to the area of logfiles etc.

2. (Emil, Steven,Tasso) Provide feedback on CATIE from caobs. Try to
get documentation.

3. (Chris) New BG2 cables for all antennas.

4. (Chris) VSIC card at Narrabri. Test and identify source of problems.

5. (Jaimie, Jim, Chris). Tests of new DISKO before and during May.

6. (Brett, Giuseppe) Follow up and fix problems of 2nd IF on X-band
Cd Rx. Get feedback on S-band Rx perfomance (Leith).

7. (Tasso, John) Check about Ceduna position error. Axis offset or
mount?

8. (Giuseppe) Make available nominal Tsys and tipping curves for
Ceduna to reconstruct missing Tsys information.

9. (Emil, Steven) Make available new calibration procedures for phase-
cal experiments. This uses DIFMAP on the calibrator to compute
corrections and export them via an SN file into AIPS for the target
source.

10. (Emil, Steven) Document recent experience with calibrating LBA
data to identify and correct problems.

11. (Emil, Tasso) Produce calibration WIKI forum. Perhaps parallel to
observing WIKI.

12. (Jim) For May, allow more than 1 hr for fringe tests whenever
possible. Will help getting the slow link antennas tested better.

13. (Steven) Will produce fringe test schedules for May.
       (Chris) to look at new script to automate this after the May run.

14. (ALL) Review jobs/improvements to be done in the May-November
period i.e.
         - script development and testing
         - FS and DAS tests

15. (Adam) Will provide correlator code to Karen for recompiling/
porting to XT3.

16. (Shaun) Provide letter to Swinburne re access to CSIRO CWDM
network, as requested by Craig.
