G'day LBAers,

I'm attempting to identify dates for the LBA sessions in the 2008
October semester (1 Oct 2008 - 31 Mar 2009).

We're constrained by the current IVS schedule (which runs to the end of
this year), and by the planned ~6 week ATCA shutdown for CABB
installation

(currently scheduled to start 01 March 2009).

There's a window between Nov 20 and Dec 4 in which Hobart has only 2 IVS
commitments (and Hart none), which looks good for a first block.

The second block would then nominally be around February. Hart has an
EVN session from Feb 1 to Mar 19, though may have limited availability
during this time.

Are there any other constraints or requests we should bear in mind in
trying to pin these dates down?
