Final vx016c schedule

Hi all,
The final version of the vx016c schedule is now on the wiki. I have updated the wiki pages and ftp with the latest version, which should be version "4". Please discard any previous version you have and use the one available on the wiki from now for tomorrow's experiment.
Although the actual start time for the experiment is 01:00 UT, the schedule begins from 21:30 UT instead since Chris would like to start off with ATCA-Mopra earlier. Parkes, Ceduna and Hobart will catch up in time and Hart will join a bit later.
The vx016d and vx016e scheduled will up on the wiki shortly.
