This loads a font easier to read for people with dyslexia.
This renders the document in high contrast mode.
This renders the document as white on black
This can help those with trouble processing rapid screen movements.

        Yes, I had changed the procedure file but I can do that again after
it's been re-drudged. I'll put the notes in the ATNF wiki this time so
it's on record how to do it.
