This renders the document in high contrast mode.
This renders the document as white on black
This can help those with trouble processing rapid screen movements.

It's not clear when which of vc154a (3c273) and vc154b (0537-441) are to be observed, but Tid 70m has just started 3c273. Let me know if anyone is doing fringe-check and when to move to the next one.
