Australia Telescope Users Committee

Wed 31 Oct 2001

ATNF Marsfield Lecture Theatre

The Australia Telescope Users Committee (ATUC) is a group of fifteen to twenty scientists (the number varies from year to year) from more than a dozen institutions, who represent the Australian users of the Australia Telescope. This committee is appointed by the ATNF Steering Committee and meets twice a year, usually around March and November.

ATUC meetings are a forum for AT users to raise any problems they have experienced with the operation of the Australia Telescope and to suggest changes to its operation: this discussion provides feedback for the AT management. ATUC also discusses and recommends priorities for ATNF future development plans and costings. If you have a matter you would like raised at an ATUC meeting, please contact one of the members.
