This edition of PASA contains the Proceedings of the workshop "HI in the Local Universe II" held in Melbourne, September 28-30, 1998. As is becoming more common for the proceedings of a workshop, all papers have been refereed. A principal reason for having the workshop was a desire to explore scientific issues connected with the ATNF 21-cm multibeam receiver. PASA edition 14_1 contains the proceedings of the first "HI in the Local Universe" workshop held in 1996.
