ACCOMMODATION
CSIRO Astronomy and Space Science has made block bookings with a range of accommodation providers as outlined below. We cannot guarantee the companies but are familiar with their service which has been successful to date. Please assist with ongoing provider relationships by keeping them informed of changes, and being respectful to their guidelines and other guests.
Please contact providers directly to make reservations. The accommodation is currently booked to arrive Sunday 26 September and depart Saturday 2 October but this can be adjusted. The rooms may be released a couple of weeks before the school commences if not booked.
It is essential to quote the following block booking accommodation reference:
CASS LODGE
Depending on availability, conference organisers or speakers may request to stay at the on-site Lodge. If appropriate, the Lodge may be booked through the CASS accommodation web form at the home pages.
MOTELS
For your information: single or double refers to using one bed only; twin refers to using two beds; and triple refers to using three beds.
