Attached is the initial list of attendees for the upcoming workshop and a copy of the program (still in progress).
If you would like to make a presentation, or confirm/change a title or presenter shown on the program please email me.
Please forward this announcement to your colleagues - further participants are welcome. If you are on this list as 'tentative' could you please let me know when/if you can confirm.
I believe that Karl will add the link to 'accommodation' from the meeting web site soon,
