v183a v2 for Hh Sh Pa

Revised versions of v183a have been uploaded to
ftp://ftp.atnf.csiro.au/pub/people/vlbi/incoming
The files are named v183av2.skd, v183av2.key, and v183av2.sum
(but the observation code within the files remains v183a).
These revised versions are only required at Hart, Shanghai and Parkes,
in order to keep the tapes rolling during scans where these telescopes
can't see the source (as requested, in order to make life easier at the
correlator).
AT, MP, HO, CD do not need the revised version.
