Fringe on UWA Cray

Are some fringes correlated on the Cray XD1 in UWA for data transfered in
real time onto the cray disks (ie no local buffering) then automatically
queued to the cray. Due to disk access issue on the cray (ie only a single
SATA disk to record to), we were limited to 64 Mbps (ie one 16 MHz
channel).
