Hi everyone,

Attached is a draft LBA schedule for your comments. Please let me
know if this is going to cause any problems, e.g receiver changes at
Parkes, especially as there are a lot of band changes. Some notes:

        1. Note the 1cm experiment at the end. OK with everyone?
        2. v192a will record for 12 h of the allocated 24 with recording
times still to be determined.
        3. As v192a requires a single baseline only, v131be will happen in
parallel. See the text version of the schedule for times/frequencies
etc.
        4. I haven't put in any test experiments yet but will fill the gaps
with these once the other allocations are finalised. However if
anyone would like some test time in the existing gaps, please let me
know.
