AbstractI will give an overview of cosmological simulations of galaxies and galaxy clusters including magnetic fields, focusing especially on galaxy scale simulations to highlight our current understanding (and limits) of the magnetic field amplification in galaxies. On larger scales i will especially emphasize our current understanding of magnetic field evolution in galaxy clusters and show some first results from high resolution galaxy cluster simulations. |
