Greetings to Miriad devotees,
cgdisp can now do "vector" overlays. Also a problem with ellipses
has been fixed, and the placement of overlay id strings improved.
External Miriad installations built from source code will need to
upgrade WCSLIB to version 4.5.1 which contains a new function used
by cgdisp:
