At present we have received positive reponses from Frayer and Bourke and
Lim seems interested. Let's see what happens this week and hold off on
issuing any further invitations right now. I'll try to find out about the
MNRF funding soon.

Subject: mm workshop

Dear Tony,

Congrats on your new job in Australia. Thank you for the invitation to
speak at the workshop on Millimeter Science with the Upgraded Australia
Telescope. I am definitely interested in coming. JPL/IPAC have a lot
of rules and regulations associated with foreign travel. I have to get
my talk approved (JPL/NASA want to make sure no "sensitive" materials
are being given out).....it is sort of crazy since they just rubber
stamp the science talks/papers, but it takes them time to process the
request. I should be able to get the travel request approved in time,
but JPL has been busy dealing with new security measures, ect. being
implemented after the attacks. I'll let you know if I run into any
problems. As of now, count me in for the workshop.
