Hi everyone,

Just a quick note to let you know of the arrangements to date. Let me
know if changes are needed.

1. Observers
Narrabri: Adam & Emil
Mopra: Chris & Roopesh (Robina if needed)
Parkes: Craig, Oleg (till Sat morning), John
Hobart: UTas crew
Ceduna: UTas crew
Hart: Hart crew (24 hours only)

Other stations (Tid, Kokee, Kashima) not scheduled this time.

2. Tapes:
Hart: 4 sets, already shipped
Ceduna: 14 sets. !6 sets shipped.
Hobart: 14 sets. Will be shipped next week.
Parkes, Mopra, Narrabri: 14 sets each needed. Will make available 16
sets each. To be shipped/driven from ATNF by observers.

Chris will be making the grand tour of the ATNF antennas prior to the
run with tapes, computers, disks etc.

Steven and I will be in India at the SKA meeting.
