Hi all
We have now seen two disks sets with partitioning problems. The
initial symptom is the disks will not mount.
Initially, follow the instructions on the wiki
http://www.atnf.csiro.au/vlbi/wiki/index.php?n=Main.LBADRHints
(Xserve RAID disks will not mount)
If this does not fix the problem then you need to check the
partitioning.
Run
fdisk -l /dev/sdc1
(Substitute sdc1 with the appropriate device name)
The partition size sould be ~ 1.5 TB for 500 GB disks and partition
type "linux". If it is something else the partitioning needs to be
redone.
Cheers
Chris
