RE: Useful tool for LBA week?

Hi Jim,

I have just back to Tid after the ATUC in Sydney yesterday and confirmed
Twiddla works from Tid.

Google Docs also look cool. But do Google Docs (or even Twiddla) tell in
real time when someone updates those?

Cheers,

Shinji.

Hi everyone,

Here's an alternative which might be better. I didn't realise that
Google Docs now shows updates in real-time. It also has the advantage of
allowing documents to be saved easily. Please give this a try and let me
know what you think:

This document is open to anyone who has the link, but it can be
restricted to signed-in and approved users only.

Cheers,

Jim

Hi everyone,

Please could you follow this link and give this web-based whiteboard
application a try:

I'd be interested in your thoughts on how useful this might be during
LBA week. In the past we've found that the messages in Skype chat can go
off the screen before some people have had a chance to read them.
Important messages, like status of fringe checks, and when it's time to
change from the fringe check to the main schedule, can get missed.

The above site lets anyone edit the same document in real-time.

Have a play, see what you think. Can you access it from your site?
(Shinji, can you get in from Tid?). Do you think it's useful? Would you
use it?

Cheers,

Jim
