Hi everyone,

Our annual LBA operations and technical meeting is now firmly scheduled for 12-13 February 2013.
Intention is to arrive on evening of Monday 11/2, have a full day on operations on Tues 12/2, dinner together on Tues evening, the technical/networking meeting on Wedn 13/2 and finish early afternoon Wedn in time for flights out.

Note that there is a block agenda. Please suggest any additional items.

I've also included a list of last year's ACTION items. Please check these as we will review them again at the meeting.

Note also the hotel information. It is advised to book hotels early as sometimes it is difficult to find rooms at the last minute.
