Hi all,
The CASDA NIMBUS instance was returned to service yesterday and CASDA was brought back online overnight.
However, the storage, Acacia, continues to be unreliable and hence data access is still a problem. Data downloads may not succeed and are likely to time out.

Hi all,
Further to the newsletter from last week: the Pawsey high-voltage maintenance was completed on Thurs 25th, but there are continuing issues with NIMBUS (VM) instances and the Acacia (object storage) which meant that CASDA had to be shut down on Thurs evening. Pawsey staff are investigating the problem and we will restore services as soon as we can.
There is a banner up on the DAP that indicates CASDA is offline, and this will be removed when services are running again.
