Installation of ppgplot
Make sure that $PYTHONPATH points to a directory which contains the Numeric package, and that $PGPLOT_DIR points to the Pgplot installation. Unpack the tarball, change to the ppgplot source directory and run
python setup.py build
Copy the new subdirectory build/lib.<arch>-<ver>/ppgplot to $PYTHONPATH
